• Note: Straight and U-Tube Heaters are available in “Negative Pressure” (Vacuum)” and “Positive Pressure (Forced)” configurations.  Straight and U-Tube Heaters use fans to circulate the heat through the tube.  On negative pressure heaters, the fan is mounted at the end of the tube and pulls the heat through the tube.  Negative pressure heaters are designed for use in dry environments.  On positive pressure heaters, the fan is mounted inside the control box and is sealed from the elements.  Positive pressure heaters are designed for use in moisture rich environments such as car washes, greenhouses and similar applications
